Terms of Service
All the headings and sub-headings are for convenience only and are not to be considered for the purposes of interpreting it.
“The Company” is to mean P&E Jordan Ltd; Company number 07907350, trading as Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, any reference to “Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes” or “Leo Tribe Escapes” is to include the other
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, any reference to “Escape” or “Escapes” is to include the other
Usage of the terms “We” and “Us” are to refer to “the Company”
Usage of the terms “You” and “Your” is to refer to the signee.
“Start Date”: The designated start date of the retreat for which you are booking.
Payment Due Date: The date by which all sums owed for the escape you have booked become immediately payable.
“End Date”: The designated end date of the retreat for which you are booking.
“Retreat(s)/Escapes”: The trip you have booked with Us
“Primary place of business”: the accommodation that We are supplying to You as part of your Escape with Leo Tribe Escapes
“Deposit”: the non-refundable 30% (of total escape cost) sum per person that is required to secure Your booking with Us
“Organisers”: is to mean Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes, and any agent, contractor, or third party that We may engage within the course of providing to you the services outlined as part of your Escape
“Cancellation” is defined as You not attending your scheduled Escape, including postponing or rescheduling
Minimum age
The minimum age for attending any escape with us is 18.
Cooling off period
There is no cooling-off period when purchasing or booking any of our Escapes.
Booking
Your booking is not considered definite, and no contract will exist until we receive a deposit (30% of the total cost) from you, and you agree to these terms and conditions.
Meeting Your Responsibilities and Paying for Your Trip
You must make sure your bank account can make credit/debit card payments and that there is enough money in your account to pay for the trip on or before the Payment Due Date.
You must make sure that the payment method you have chosen remains valid until at least 1 month after the End Date of your Escape with us.
If your chosen payment method fails, you are liable for any, and all resulting fees.
If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes has the right to suspend or decline access to any services, activities and facilities associated with any Leo Tribe Fitness and Escape until any outstanding balances have been paid in full and you have given us your updated payment details (if you are requested to do so). You understand and acknowledge that We will continue to debit Your nominated account without notice until We have received the total amount You owe the Company.
We will make a reasonable effort to advise You on the status of the failed payments by email.
Payment
(a) The price is the exact amount to be received by us in US Dollars.
- b) The remaining balance of 70% is due in two equal instalments after the deposit. The first instalment is due 29 days after your deposit has been paid. If you fail to pay within 29 days after your deposit, we will open your place up to the next person on the list and you will lose your deposit. The final payment is due 90 days before the first day of the escape. If you book less than 90 days before the escape starts, then you full payment is due at time of booking.
Your Travel Arrangements
(a) All flights and travel arrangements to the airport prior to departure and from the airport after return are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have planned with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.
(b) Passports, Visas and Documents
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with any Leo Tribe Escape.
Travel Insurance
(a) Travel insurance is mandatory and it is a requirement that your travel insurance covers the activities of the escape as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. The policy will need to be sent to the organiser prior to departure.
Your Health Insurance
(a) It is your responsibility to let your escape Instructor know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the escape. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity on the escape, then you must desist immediately.
(b) It is also your responsibility to make sure you are physically fit enough to partake in the activities during the escape, in particular hiking. If needed, consult a doctor to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake hiking and other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the escape.
(c) Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our escapes, we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interests of your well-being, or others, we may decline your stay at our escape.
(d) Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, we are sometimes situated in rural countryside and will be hiking various paths through various regions (including mountains and coastal paths) where the land is uneven, and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.
(e) Women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant should provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide. We would prefer pregnant women to have kept physically active during their pregnancies.
(f) It is also your responsibility to have adequate health insurance in place that covers you for any medications, hospital visits or other help and assistance pertaining to your health during the escape.
Acknowledgement of risks
You warrant that You are aware that all exercise and travel carries risks, and acknowledge you are participating willingly, and in knowledge of these risks.
You recognise that We are not able to provide you with medical advice, and that any information provided should be used as a guideline only. If you have any prior knowledge of health concerns or health risks, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek clearance from a health care professional prior to attending any of our escapes.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify without limitation any trainer(s), director(s) or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during all interactions with the Company away from, or at the primary place of business for Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes.
Third Parties
Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including if they modify the nature of a service on an Escape as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
Amendments by us
Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g., yoga/fitness instructor, class times or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel an escape if either
- a) the minimum group size (10 participants) is not met at least 60 days prior to its start date
- b) circumstances beyond its control make travel to the destination infeasible (e.g., weather, or political disturbances, pandemic).
If for any reason Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes must cancel or change the start date of any Escape, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes trip (either scheduled or at some future time within the next three (3) years) to be used as credit).
Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to us, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Escape.
Unfortunately, refunds for participants’ travel-related expenses are not possible in either case. Your travel insurance may cover these costs.
Cancellation by you
(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time, providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us.
(b) Bookings are for the stated period of the escape. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the escape. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.
Guest Cancellation Policy
(a) For cancellations 120 days or more before the escape start date, 100% of your payment (less the deposit which is non-refundable) will be refunded minus any transaction’s fees imposed by our payment gateway.
(b) For cancellations made 90 – 119 days before the escape start date, 80% of your payment (less the deposit which is non- refundable) will be refunded minus any transaction’s fees imposed by our payment gateway. You forfeit 20% of your payment.
(c) For cancellations made 60 – 89 days prior to the escape start date, 100% of your payment (less the deposit which is non-refundable) can be applied toward the cost of another Leo Tribe Escape taken within one (1) year of the date of cancellation.
(d) For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the escape start date, 50% of your payment (less the deposit which is non-refundable) can be applied toward the cost of another Leo Tribe Escape taken within one (1) year of the date of cancellation.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
However, if another person can be found to take your place, then we may offer you a refund at our discretion.

Our liability to you
(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the escapes are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.
(b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, pandemic, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
(c) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Hiking and yoga/fitness classes are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or after the escape. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.
No Liability for possessions
(a) It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are always kept safe. It is advisable to use the safe in your room to secure your valuable items.
Group Bookings
Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking form to enter this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own escape individually and directly to us.
Complaints
If you have a problem during your escape, please inform the organizer immediately and she will endeavour to put things right. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest sharing your accommodation.
Privacy Policy
We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site. This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site linking to other sites.
Photography & Videography
You, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes to use photographs/videos of you and your property and authorize Leo Tribe Fitness and escapes and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without your name) photographs, video, pictures, portraits or images in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes. You further waive any, and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. You are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
General Waiver
You agree to sign a waiver with Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes at least 30 days before your escape start date.
You acknowledge that during any trip with Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Leo Tribe Fitness and Escapes, their agents, contractors, employees and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Leo Tribe Fitness and Escape up to and including death.
On receipt of your deposit, you hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions as laid out above
RETURNING GUESTS
We love our guests and want to give them an incentive to join us on future Leo Tribe Escapes. If you have previously attended a Leo Tribe Escape, every escape you attend thereafter will save you 5% off the price.
All former guests will receive an email notifying you first of upcoming escapes, which allows you to save your spot before escapes are released to the general public.
