Enrollment is capped to ensure every member gets real, personalized support. This program isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating lasting change. We’re here to set you up for success, and that starts with your commitment.
If you’re ready to transform your health and fully commit to the process, review the commitments below to make sure you’re all in when the project starts!
Commitments:
• Stay consistent and follow the program’s structure (meal guides, workouts, and weekly check-ins).
• Submit your weekly weight to me to track your progress.
• Prioritize at least 3 workouts a week, and plan your meals each week to stay on track.
• Engage with the Facebook Group community and ask questions when needed.
• Commit to the process and make yourself a priority for the next 6 weeks!
