FUSION
Looking for an early morning workout that hits all the right spots? FUSION is perfect for you. This class combines the strength-building techniques from our LIFT sessions with interval-based cardio, giving you a powerful, energizing workout that helps you build strength and burn calories. It’s designed to push you just enough without being overwhelming—suitable for all abilities, men and women alike. Start your day feeling strong, energized, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way!
FOCUS
Looking to tone your core and glutes in a low-impact, focused way? This class uses mini bands and controlled movements to activate and strengthen your hips, glutes, and core. With carefully structured timing, you’ll work deeper into the muscles to sculpt and shape without the need for jumping or high-impact moves. This class is all about slow, targeted exercises that build strength and definition where it counts.
TABATA
Need to break a sweat and burn some serious calories? TABATA is all about high energy, high impact, and tons of fun. We mix up cardio and weights in timed intervals that get your heart pumping and your muscles working. This class is great for those who love to get their workout done fast and effectively. Plus, you’ll leave feeling like a total badass! Perfect if you’re looking for a challenge or just want to shake up your usual routine.
RUN CLUB
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned runner, join our exclusive Run Club in partnership with Ultimate Athletics. Open to both men and women, this club lets you experience the benefits of track running—no one gets left behind. Whether you’re running for the first time or aiming to smash your PB, our sessions are tailored to all levels, teaching you how to run safely, effectively, and with proper form.
