"Really enjoying the classes, was doing a weights programme last year but wasn't totally committed and so decided to switch it up. Goal is to tone up (and ultimately, build muscle) and so far, I have put on a small amount of muscle (0.5 KG) but lost 4.2 KG of body fat mass! Seems to be working for me."
